The main problem with fast fashion is the high use of resources in a linear and heavy consumption based model , with the planet and fashion workers paying the price , fashion produces more than 92 million tonnes of waste and consumes 1.5 trillion tonnes of water per year. In particular , the dyeing of textiles in the production of apparel is known to be the second biggest polluter of water worldwide , second only to agriculture.

Majority of the pieces people has tried on were manufactured sweatshops , forcing workers to work for grueling hours with terrible conditions to generate an extremely low pay. In order to maintain this low price tag , fast fashion comes with numerous consequences , including significantly low quality of the items , mistreatment and the violation worker’s human rights, as the issue gains more recognized it will create a lasting effect on those stripped of the human rights while working for these large fashion.

Technology is very important part of product development as it ensures quality , with suitable fit , fashionable and attractive appearance and speeds up production to meet with consumer satisfaction.
